UEi NIST+ offers free shipping to and from our service center. When you book your recertification a prepaid UPS Ground shipping label is provided.
UEi NIST+ provides a 1-year Warranty on
the service from the date of service.
NIST Certifications only last for 12 months. We have introduced NIST+ to make
the annual recertification process as quick and easy as possible.
UEi products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover batteries,
fuses, probes, consumables, or (in our judgment) physical damage or misuse.
If you have booked your service through an alternative channel besides ueitest.
com/NIST, you will receive a NIST certification, however we cannot provide a 2
day turnaround, warranty on the service, or free shipping.
NIST+ upgrades your existing, fixed-term warranty, with a dynamic warranty that
can be extended up to 5-years.
